The Spencer thing skeeved us both out and the result was a serious housecleaning jag. Nothing like spending a lot of time on the floor to make you realize how desperately it needs mopping. The cleaning is leading nicely into a clutter-reducing phase as we try to reclaim the garage a little bit. There are so many things that are just a little too cheap to bother with eBay but too nice to just throw away. And so we turn to Freecycle. I love it. Getting rid of stuff we don't use, giving it to happy grateful people who will use it, making room in our lives for more stuff—or, better, more space—and just feeling the good flow of energy. Highly recommended.
