Things are looking up. We've got a Stopgap Measure to bridge the immediate fiscal crisis, some loot on the way, and I think I am actually going to start making enough soon to stop slipping and maybe get some purchase on this monetary mountain. More than now, at least, which is a step in the right direction if not the whole journey. Little by little, it's all getting better, and the end of the mortgage is nigh. My goal of having it paid off by my 40th birthday is a little bit of a question mark at this point, but I will make it happen.
