Went to kickabutt despite the very strong urge to just go sit in a bar and get drunk. I'm glad I did. I talked myself into going for one class, and ended up staying for three because I'm in testing and really can't keep pussing out and leaving after one class. So glad I did. My angst has ebbed to a manageable point, and the zen thing is coming a lot easier. I'll also feel a hell of a lot better tomorrow than I would have if I'd listened to the siren song of my old pal tequila.
