I used a Crock Pot® for the first time last night and, I've got to say, I think I'm in low <tm Eddie Money>. I made chicken salsa verde and it was impressively easy: dump the stuff in last night, turn it on, go to bed, and this morning it was done to a turn and shredded with just the faintest whisper of a forking. Tonight I've got plans to make some serious baby back baby back baby back ribs. If I dream of meat, I won't wonder why.
