The inspector came, passed us, then they put the insulation in and, unbelievably, the guy has to come back tomorrow to inspect the insulation. Welcome to Hudson County. Then they can put up the walls, finally, and install all the electric stuff.

I've been working, and working out, way too much. It's cutting into my baking time, and that's all the more painful since I've recently gotten some new ingredients and the dessert potential is just unreal. This weekend I intend to bake up a serious storm.
