Well, my shoulder's pretty much better, but I fucked my hand up again. My partner and I rolled on it in grappling and it aggravated the old injury. It used to not hurt unless someone shook my hand too hard, and I'd gotten good at taking the offensive handshake position to protect myself. But now it actually hurts. If I stop capitalizing words beginning with qwertyasdfgzxcv and b, that's why. I am thinking of boycotting apostrophes as well, and toning down my use of the letter P. It's way too cold outside for icepacks, dammit.
