Delancey has been doing really well the last couple days. We have a rhythm down for her feeding and she's had a good healthy amount of food for two days straight. She's still not even close to eating on her own, or drinking water, but we are getting food and fluid into her. She's perking up a bit, all things considered—her kidneys are still fucked, of course, and there's no changing that—but I think we've fended off the fatty liver for now and are making her a bit more comfortable. At least she's more comfortable when we're not squirting syringes of slurry in her mouth. I wish I could figure out how to communicate "if you would just eat we wouldn't have to do this" to her.
